Client Details Leading UK residential property and development organisation. Description Key responsibilities include: Managing residential plot sale transactions from instruction to completion. Monitoring and reporting on transaction progress and related property sales. Preparing and issuing legal documentation and responding to enquiries. Coordinating exchanges, completions and post-completion activities. Conducting AML and customer due diligence checks. Maintaining accurate case records and management information. Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and third-party stakeholders. Supporting performance targets through proactive transaction management. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations. Contributing to process improvements and best practice initiatives. Profile A successful Estates Conveyancer should have: Previous experience in residential conveyancing or property law. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
