Estates Contracts Manager

Overview

BDS are currently working with a well-known housing organisation to recruit an Estates and Contracts Manager based in Erith, London.Responsibilities

Oversee local contract management of the suite of Estates Services and ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is delivered to customers.Lead on contract variations by dynamically responding to service demand.Be the main area point of contact for Customers, Contractors, Property Managers, Customer Service Centre and other stakeholders.Monitor and manage contracts of contractors through Field Service and other IT systems.Carry out any other reasonable duties or business requirements as requested.Requirements

Experience in contract management and estates services (relevant qualifications or prior roles preferred).Willingness and ability to travel across a large geographical area in South East; a driver is required for this role.Location: Erith, London.Details
