Estates Contract Officer

Role Summary-

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Estate Services Officer to help us maintain safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods for our residents.-In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting-communal-areas, identifying maintenance and health and safety issues, and ensuring that any required actions are carried out effectively.-Working closely with residents, colleagues, contractors, and community representatives, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality estate services that-support-our-commitment-to creating thriving communities and providing an excellent resident experience.
