Working hours are flexible and can be arranged between daytime hours, such as 9:00am to 1:00pm or 10:00am to 2:00pm. Responsibilities Cleaning communal areas across 9 residential buildings. Vacuuming carpets in stairwells and landings. Dusting handrails, skirting boards, windowsills, and communal surfaces. Sweeping and mopping floors where required. Spot cleaning walls, doors, and communal touch points. Carpet washing when necessary. Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
