This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates Capital Project Manager to join a government body where you will have responsibility for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital construction projects across Northern Ireland.This is a client-side project management role, offering the opportunity to lead projects from initial concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and final handover.
