Estates Campus ManagerLocation: North Notts Campus, WorksopSalary: £39,372 a year + benefitsVacancy Type: Permanent, Full time (37 hours each week, all year-round)We are seeking a Campus Estates Manager for our North Notts College campus. This is a high-impact role where you won''t just manage buildings-you will shape the look and feel of the learning environment our students deserve.This dual-purpose leadership role oversees the entire physical environment of the North Notts Campus while serving as the Estates lead for Procurement and Contract Management. You will be a visible, proactive leader, managing everything from capital projects and maintenance to complex multi-site service contracts and sustainability initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Procurement and Contract LeadershipOperational Lead: Manage Estates procurement and contract activities across all Group campuses, acting as the primary manager for external service providers.Performance Excellence: Use KPIs and SLAs to conduct contract health checks, managing risks, renewals, and annual terminations.Campus and Facilities ManagementTeam Leadership: Manage the on-site Estates team, including recruitment, performance management and rota planning.Capital and Minor Works: Develop and implement maintenance, repair and replacement programmes for college assets and buildings.Safety and Compliance: Ensure full adherence to COSHH, statutory testing schedules and health and safety legislation.Sustainability and ..... full job details .....
