Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced Child DBS. Role Details: £13.00 per hour Temporary (with the possibility to go permanent) Monday to Friday, Full Time Some evening and weekend work where required. Role Responsibilities: General internal and external minor maintenance and repairs to building and surrounds. Maintenance on plumbing and drains, leaks, glazing, pathways and roads, furniture, doors and windows. Using hand tools and machinery to provide general handyman duties. Locking and unlocking of buildings when required. Operation of the heating, lighting, plumbing and gate systems as required. Driving vehicles on site.
