Estates and Valuation Team Leader Day Rate: £500-£600 Contract: End of March 2026 with high likelihood of extension Location: Lincolnshire (1 day per week required in the office) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering estates and valuation services within the public sector. This senior-level interim role plays a key part in managing and shaping a diverse property portfolio to support service delivery, long-term financial resilience, and wider community objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Chartered Surveyors and property information specialists, ensuring effective operational delivery across estates management, valuations, and property records. Oversee high-value and complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lease events, and asset valuations. Provide strategic property advice, covering areas such as estate optimisation, planning, rating, and compensation. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory frameworks and professional standards, including RICS, CIPFA, and IFRS. Represent the organisation in external negotiations and partnerships, supporting the achievement of key objectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and innovation within the team.
