Estates and Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Estates and Facilites Manager to cover 11 sites, within Essex, Cambridge, Bedford and Kent. You will oversee the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of our portfolio of 10 care homes across four regions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the professional standards, environments and all relevant Health and Safety and Care quality Commission standard for the safe operations of the Care Home whilst maintaining the standards to ensure they are great places to live. Work is varied and challenging responding to the day-to-day operations pressures whilst setting up and managing maintenance contracts, overseeing project work, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with extensive experience in facilities management, particularly within the healthcare sector. Key Objectives: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of 10 care homes across four regions. Ensure that all the homes are maintained to a high standard and great places to live for our residents. Serve as the principal point of contact for contractors, maintenance team members, senior leadership team member and General Managers. Ensure all aspects of estates and facilities are compliant with regulatory bodies.
