The organisation is committed to efficiency, compliance, sustainability and strong stewardship of its property assets, operating with public sector values while maintaining the agility of a commercial enterprise.Your new role As a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Asset Management and Valuation, you will take responsibility for the effective management and oversight of a diverse estate. You will lead on landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, assignments and dilapidations, while also supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider estate optimisation.You will undertake valuations across multiple property types, contribute to annual asset valuation programmes, and produce high-quality professional reports aligned with RICS standards.
