Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments? We're looking for an Estate Officer to join a Supported Housing team, helping to ensure residents enjoy well-maintained homes and communal spaces.
What You'll Be Doing:
🔧 Carrying out minor maintenance and repair works
🧹 Cleaning and maintaining communal areas and gardens
🎨 Preparing vacant properties for new residents through cleaning and decorating
🔐 Managing the security of communal and void properties
📋 Monitoring stock levels and completing basic administrative tasks
🤝 Liaising with contractors and supporting residents when required
What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience in cleaning, gardening, decorating, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
✅ A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards
✅ Confidence dealing with contractors and customers
✅ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
