Estate Technician / Grounds Maintenance

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Estate Technician to join our client''s growing team based in Leeds. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. While your primary responsibilities will involve garden maintenance, paving, fencing, and landscaping, you will also be required to assist with a range of other estate services to meet client demand. You will collect a company transit van from the Leeds depot each morning and travel across Leeds,working as part of a team to deliver high-quality services for a variety of clients. Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm Key Responsibilities Carry out paving, fencing, and general landscaping works. Undertake garden maintenance, clearance, and seasonal tidy-ups. Complete property and garden clearances, including removal of unwanted items and waste. Remove fly-tipped waste safely and responsibly. Assist with void property clearances and prepare properties to a high standard. Load, transport, and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures. Operate and maintain tools and equipment, reporting any defects. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Adapt to changing workloads and support colleagues across a variety of duties as required.
