Estate Technician required to work as soon as possible with a housing association. This hands-on role will be supporting the maintenance of void properties ensuring they are safe, clean and well presented for new residents
Contract type: Agency until the end of December 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
Location: Based in Swindon, SN25
Pay rate: -14.10
Main duties - Clearing void properties. Ensuring the property is left in a clean and tidy manner, removing any contents left behind by previous tenants in an appropriate manner, basic garden and grounds maintenance such as mowing lawns.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Be comfortable working outdoors in adverse weather conditions
- Basic DIY skills or building maintenance experience
