JOB TITLE: Estates Team Member Maintenance RESPONSIBLE T0: Estates Manager LOCATION: Milton Keynes TERMS Full time- 40 hours per week RATE 12.21 -12.36 per hour depending on experience Key Areas of Responsibility To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required. To liaise with contractors on site. To regularly check and maintain all interior lighting replacing bulbs and lamps as required. To complete all tasks on the maintenance job sheets and complete within a timely fashion. To obtain Purchase Orders for any purchases from a nominated supplier To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required. To redecorate where necessary to keep the interiors bright and fresh. To maintain in clean and serviceable condition all mechanical and manual equipment provided for the maintenance of the units.
