Maintain clear and tidy refuse areas, ensuring compliance with specific cleaning specifications and standards. Conduct litter picking and remove bulk rubbish/fly tipping, including managing hazardous substances to uphold visual and safety standards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery safely, reporting any faults or incidents to the Senior Estate Services Operative. Comply with all health and safety requirements, including risk assessments and COSHH regulations. Assist in snow clearance, gritting, and minor repairs in communal areas. Responsible for managing and reporting cleaning materials and equipment. Utilise scheduling software to manage and record daily activities.
