Key Responsibilities: Clean communal areas to a high standard, including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls and windows. Keep refuse areas clean, tidy and safe. Carry out litter picking and remove bulk rubbish and fly tipping. Handle cleaning materials and equipment safely and in line with health and safety requirements. Use PPE and cleaning machinery correctly and report any faults or incidents. Follow risk assessments, COSHH requirements and other health and safety procedures. Assist with tasks such as snow clearance, gritting and minor repairs in communal areas when required. Manage and report cleaning materials and equipment.
