Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 19.35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of estate services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to uphold property standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and lead a team of estate staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in managing estate services or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational strategies.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
