Your Responsibilities
Lead on electrical compliance, safety, and risk management in line with legislation and best practice.
Manage the EICR programme, electrical repairs, and contractor performance.
Oversee statutory compliance, policies, and procedures for housing and corporate assets.
Produce assurance and performance reports for senior managers and councillors.
Manage procurement, contracts, and budgets, ensuring effective service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and customers.
