You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:To patrol the estate, including documented fire route patrolsTo manage access control to various stakeholdersTo manage all key controlTo be fully conversant in the use of security systems i.e. CCTV, access control etc.To assist in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premisesTo support the loading bay logistics team and receipt of parcels for the private residencesTo manage lost and found property, maintaining records and dealing with enquiriesTo deal with any fire life safety, security, health and safety and emergency incidentsTo report any hazards / safety concerns to management and stakeholdersIncident / Accident report writingTo attend and complete all training stipulated by managementYOUR BENEFITS WORKING AS AN ESTATE SECURITY OFFICERAT PAN PACIFIC LONDONAs a company, we take pride in our close-knit culture, commitment to development, and focus on wellbeing.
