      <description>Location: Ealing | Salary: 28600.00-28600.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Working Hours: 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off Salary: £28,600 per year Annual leave: 25 days per year Role Overview We are looking for a reliable, proactive and hands-on Estate Operative to join the onsite team at a high end residential development in West London. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and day-to-day operation of the development, ensuring communal areas are kept to a high standard and residents receive a professional service. Key Responsibilities  Carry out routine cleaning and upkeep of internal and external communal areas, including entrances, corridors, stairwells and estate grounds. Conduct regular estate inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance issues, defects and potential hazards. Manage refuse and recycling areas, ensuring bins and bin stores are kept clean, tidy and well maintained. Assist with general waste management duties across the development.
