Temporary Estate Operative/Cleaning Cover

Central London zones 1-3

Weekly pay, -12.71 per hour plus holiday pay

Flexible temporary cover work available working at private residential blocks and estates in Central London. Typical working hours 7am to 3pm/8am to 4pm/ 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.- Duties including cleaning of the communal areas of the apartment blocks,- managing bins and bin area and to ensure proper waste disposal and manage the cleanliness of the bin area, pulling bins out for refuse collection, litter picking of the estate grounds and car park and jet washing if required. General internal cleaning of the lobbies, corridors and landings. Must be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable in relation to COSHH, manual handling, health and safety.
