Estate Operative Vauxhall/Oval, South London 7:30am - 4:00pm Thurs-MonWe''re working with a large, high-quality residential development in South London that is continuing to grow and expand. They are now looking for a reliable, hands-on Estate Operative to join the on-site team on a Thursday to Monday basis.This is a great opportunity to join a well-run estate where standards are high, the team is established, and there is genuine long-term stability as the development continues to scale.The RoleYou will be a key part of the on-site team, ensuring the estate is kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is a physical, outdoor, fast-moving role where pride in your work really matters. It would suit somebody who has been a cleaner, caretaker, groundsman, yardman and/or estate op previously.Your day-to-day will include:Waste management and bin movement across the estateJet washing and external cleaning of communal areasMaintaining podiums, walkways, bin stores, and shared spacesSupporting general site upkeep and basic maintenance tasksHelping maintain health and safety standards across the developmentWorking PatternThursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday7:30am - 4:00pmWhat We''re Looking For We want someone who is:Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of their workComfortable with physical, hands-on outdoor dutiesPrevious/current experience within waste management, cleaning, caretaking etc.Proactive with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeA team player ..... full job details .....
