Estate Operative
to join a growing residential team near Vauxhall/Oval. If you''re hands-on, enjoy physical work, and take pride in keeping places clean, safe, and well-maintained - this could be a great fit for you.
What You''ll Be Doing:
Supporting
waste management
and
bulk bin movement
(especially on Thurs and Fri)
Jet washing, outdoor cleaning , and keeping communal areas tidy
Helping with
minor maintenance
and site upkeep
Working closely with the existing site team to ensure high standards
Cladding and external cleaning
- pigeon mess is real!
Using a tug pulley to move heavy bins (no driving licence required)
This is a
physically active role , perfect for someone who''s hands-on and ready to be outdoors and on their feet.
