      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Location: South East LondonWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm About the RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Estate Manager with a strong Facilities Management background to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large residential development in South East London. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and experience managing building maintenance, contractors, health and safety compliance and estate operations. The successful candidate will be confident managing both hard and soft services, ensuring the development is maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to residents. Key ResponsibilitiesEstate and Facilities Management:  Oversee daily estate operations, ensuring all communal areas, facilities and building services are maintained to a high standard.  Manage hard and soft FM services, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and contractor performance.
