You will play a key role in building strong relationships with residents and ensuring estates are well managed and responsive to community needs.You will engage with residents to co create neighbourhood and estate plans, helping to develop sustainable and thriving communities while delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting estate improvements and resident engagement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Co create and deliver Neighbourhood and Estate Plans with residents to improve housing services, environments and customer satisfactionWork collaboratively with colleagues, partners and contractors to remove service barriers and ensure high service performance and compliance including building safetyManage tenancy related matters, responding to resident queries, supporting complaint ..... full job details .....
