Day-to-day management of a prominent mixed-use estateOversee service delivery through close coordination with contractors and service partnersSupport and collaborate with building and technical services managersMaintain excellent estate standards and ensure full compliance across all operationsMonitor budgets, assist in financial reporting, and drive energy-efficient initiativesLiaise with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to deliver a first-class estate experienceAbout You:
