Estate Manager

Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.Financial Oversight:

Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.Maintenance Management:

Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.Customer Service Excellence:
