Estate Manager- Cotswolds and LondonHours: Monday-Friday, with flexibility required around the family. 8.30am - 5.00pm. The family will provide an office space at the farm in the Cotswolds, with regular visits to the houses and some working from home days as well. Salary: £65,000-£70,000 DOELocation: Cotswolds and West LondonStart: ASAP We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Estate Manager / Property Manager to join an informal private family and take responsibility for the smooth running of their homes in West London and the Cotswolds. This is a newly created position and will suit someone who is hands-on, practical and highly organised, with excellent people management skills and a genuine understanding of private household operations. The Role Working closely with the Principal, you will take ownership of the running of both properties, ensuring everything is maintained, organised and operating seamlessly. The family is currently predominantly based in London, with a view of making the Cotswolds their more permanent home within the next 12-18 months. The successful candidate will therefore ideally be based in, or within easy reach of, the Cotswolds.
