We are seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Estate Manager to join a luxury residential development in Croydon. This role is with one of the largest, award-winning property management companies in the City of London and requires a 5? luxury background with exceptional customer service experience.Base pay range is provided by Abbatt Property Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Responsibilities
Manage petty cash accounts for the site, ensuring that records and documentation are up to date.Assist in the development of new initiatives, including training and standardisation of procedures to ensure consistent performance.Assist the Property Manager with budgeting or reporting requirements for the development.Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and carry out required health and safety inspections and activities to keep the development and workplace safe for all.Qualifications / Requirements
Must have a 5? luxury background, having worked on high-end estates providing second to none customer service.Must be engaging, personable and experienced at working with high-profile customers and people from different backgrounds and cultures.Other essential skills: good IT skills, investigative and reporting experience, high vigilance, strong initiative, and a very keen eye for detail.Employment details
