Location: Kelso, Scottish Borders
Salary: andpound;45,000 + gratuities (andpound;250-andpound;300 per month) + bonus scheme

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Estate Head Chef to join the culinary team at a luxury 5-star hotel and estate, renowned for outstanding hospitality, refined dining, and a stunning Scottish Borders setting.
We''re seeking a talented and inspiring leader who can deliver exceptional food that reflects the quality and character of this remarkable estate.
The Role
- Lead all kitchen operations across the estate, ensuring consistent excellence in food quality and presentation
- Develop and deliver innovative, seasonal menus showcasing the best local produce
- Manage and mentor a skilled kitchen brigade, fostering creativity and high performance
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and GP management
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with senior management to enhance the overall dining experience
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or estate environment
- Creative, passionate, and committed to the highest culinary standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on developing others
- Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of GP management and cost control
- Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
