This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated and can work confidently using their own initiative.The Role You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas, internal spaces and external areas are kept clean, safe and well presented.Your duties will include: Internal and external cleaningSweeping communal areas and external spacesLitter picking and changing binsInternal window cleaningGeneral cleaning and caretaking dutiesReporting maintenance or health and safety issuesEnsuring sites are maintained to a high standardFollowing all relevant Health and Safety proceduresWorking independently while contributing positively to the wider team About You The successful candidate will have: Enhanced Clear DBS -PREFERABLEMinimum 2 years'' experience in a similar caretaker, estate cleaning or maintenance roleProven experience carrying out cleaning and general maintenance dutiesA reliable and hardworking attitudeThe ability to work independently and use your own initiativeGood teamwork and communication ..... full job details .....
