Estate Caretaker

Estate Caretakers required to work with Malvern based award winning Housing Association''s Maintenance team.

I am looking for an experienced and professional estate caretaker on a temporary contract to carry out property and estate maintenance. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal, minor general building maintenance. Work will be carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes and villages as well as accommodation blocks.

You will need to be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills. You will be covering Malvern and wider locations.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. 7.30am - 16.00pm.

Temporary role for around a month.

Pay rate: -16.78 per hour - weekly paid.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in caretaking, gardening, cleaning, labouring or similar role
• UK Driving Licence
• Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks
• Positive and can do attitude
