Estate Caretaker DRIVER

Carry out internal and external cleaning duties across council housing stock, ensuring all communal areas, grounds, and properties are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities include cleaning stairwells, corridors, entrances, and outdoor areas, as well as removing litter, waste, and debris. The role may also involve basic maintenance tasks, reporting repairs, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, and take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments for residents. A valid driving licence is essential, as travel between different sites is required.
