About the Role
Based in Clifton, this full-time, permanent Estate Agents position with Pertemps Bristol Commercial offers a £31,000 basic salary, with realistic earnings reaching £35,000+ per annum. Working Monday to Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm, plus one in three Saturdays, you will organise the lettings team, review listings, conduct viewings, and secure new lets. Strong sales experience and a proactive approach to handling enquiries are essential for this senior role. The start date is flexible. You will take genuine responsibility for performance and client relationships, acting as a key point of contact within this established lettings office.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Clifton, Bristol
Salary: £31,000 basic + realistic OTE of £35,000+
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm I 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am–4:00pm, with a day off during the week

Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for one of our clients based in Clifton.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong sales and lettings experience, and is ready to take on more responsibility within a successful team.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and helping organise the lettings team
- Reviewing property listings and suggesting ways to improve them
- Conducting property viewings and securing new lets
- Responding to enquiries by phone, email and AI communication systems
- Dealing with customer questions and objections
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Understanding landlords’ needs and helping achieve the best results
- Reviewing rents and supporting re-lets and market appraisals
- Handling offers and negotiating between landlords and tenants
- Helping attract new landlords and properties
- Supporting marketing and business development
- Looking for new and better ways to market properties and increase lets
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping clients well informed
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have 18 months–2 years’ experience in the property/lettings industry and be ready to take the next step in your career.
