Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out market appraisals and advising prospective sellers Converting valuation opportunities into new instructions Building strong relationships with sellers and prospective clients Registering and working closely with buyers Conducting property viewings and providing feedback Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Identifying opportunities to generate additional business Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales process ..... full job details .....
