We are dedicated to providing exceptional Property Services and are seeking an experienced part - time (3 days per week) SALES PROGRESSOR to be part of our dynamic team. The Sales Progressor Package: Basic Part Time Salary: £18,000 pa (Full Time equivalent £30,000pa) Plus, commission: 1% of all banked sales income including fee income from Mortgages and Solicitors On Target Earnings: £ pa Hours: Working three days per week in the office - flexible on days worked Petrol allowance £720 per annum payable monthly Telephone allowance £150 per annum payable monthly The Sales Progressor Role: You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary time frames Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors Working to targets and goals Delivering a high level of customer service Supporting the sales team as necessary The ideal Sales Progressor candidate: Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing Previous Estate Agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working?
