Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for an award winning Estate Agency based in Rickmansworth. The successful candidate will ideally have Estate Agency experience, OR a Trainee with strong experience in a call centre/heavily targeted call environment. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator: Basic £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £35,000 - £40,000 Pooled commission Great career progression Excellent training and development Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays Excellent working environment Parking locally to the office Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator: Meeting with clients Assessing buyers and sellers particular needs Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales Promoting properties via different mediums Over achieving targets Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator: Ideally have Estate Agency experience OR a Trainee with strong experience in a call centre/heavily targeted call environment High end property experience Proven track record of achieving targets Well spoken and presented Excellent communication skills Outstanding organisational skills Be able to work ..... full job details .....
