Due to the continued expansion of our estate agency operation, we''re looking for an experienced and motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our team. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of properties, working with buyers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and getting deals agreed. The Role Following an initial training period, you will be given responsibility for your own portfolio of 20+ residential properties, with the objective of managing and selling that stock as effectively and efficiently as possible. Rather than spending your time prospecting for instructions, you''ll have a consistent portfolio of properties provided to you through our wider group. You''ll take ownership of those properties from the point they come to market, working closely with prospective buyers and our cash-buying department to generate interest, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and secure sales.
