What You''ll Do: Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful sales Conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm Build strong client relationships based on trust and results Hit targets and celebrate success with a like-minded team What We''re Looking For: A self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve and exceed goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive attitude and genuine pride in your work Previous experience in property sales is not essential for this role The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 are a realistic aim.
