£50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings

£25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience

Unlike some hybrid or self-employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable with local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

The RoleIn this

FULLY EMPLOYED

position, Partners are given the flexibility of a

SELF-EMPLOYED

model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.

SupportThis is not a Self-Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with extensive support to grow a successful business. This includes our learning and development team, support from a Local Property Centre, the best technology and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.

Our PartnersThe best Partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being focused on business generation, marketing their own personal brand and offering customers an exceptional experience.

BenefitsThis is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, allowing Partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support when it suits them. Benefits include: Competitive Basic Salary, Uncapped Commission, Profit Share, Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension and extensive Training and Coaching.
