The Role As an Estate Agent Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout the property sales process, providing expert guidance and identifying opportunities to generate new business. Key responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients. Providing professional advice on property valuations, pricing strategies and local market conditions. Proactively identifying new business opportunities and generating property instructions. Negotiating offers and helping clients achieve successful property transactions. Working towards individual and branch sales targets.
