Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer?Fine and Country have an immediate opening for an Associate to work the premium housing market throughout Sheffield, Huddersfield and Chesterfield.What You Do

Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within the Fine and Country network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they hand over the keys. You will market their home to gain maximum exposure, achieving them the highest possible price - following the Fine and Country Presentation, Exposure and Service proven strategy.What We Do

We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, some of the latest estate agency prospecting software, property portals (plus more), new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, leaflets, online targeted advertising, marketing menus, brochures, videos, floorplans....We have teams to support you; Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and Admin Support. They will help with a lot of the sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, lead generation etc.We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.We ensure you are able to offer a world-class service, with exceptional marketing to your vendors.Who Are We Looking For
