Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Leatherhead. The successful candidate must ideally have 6 months Lettings experience, OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Basic £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £26,000 - £30,000 DOE Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm, Fridays 8.45am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm with day off in the week 5 day working week Pooled commission Parking available Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Always delivering exceptional customer service Liaising between landlords and tenants Providing up to date advice and information Conducting viewings Booking appointments Negotiating lettings contracts Registering applicants Generating new business Building the market share Be up to date with current compliance and legislation Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Must have ideally have 6 months Lettings experience OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills Understanding of the lettings process (if experienced) Be up to date with current legislation (if experienced) A high ..... full job details .....
