SALARY: -25/27k OTE -40k doe

We are seeking a proactive and personable-Sales Negotiator to join our client''s esteemed estate agency team in Benfleet.-The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and ensuring smooth negotiations from initial enquiry through to completion. Sales Negotiator duties:

• Engage with prospective buyers and vendors to understand their needs and provide tailored property advice
• Conduct property viewings and present features effectively to potential clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and record keeping
• Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales journey, providing updates and guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maximise sales opportunities
• Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising
• Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently to optimise workflow

Skills needed for Sales Negotiator:

• Proven Estate Agency Sales Negotiator experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanour with a proactive approach towards client service and problem-solving
• Driving licence and own car

Basic salary -25,000 - -27,000 pa
