This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker with strong Children in Care experience to join a busy service on a locum basis, working with children and young people who are looked after and supporting them through their care journey.     The Role  As a Social Worker within the Children in Care team, you will be responsible for:   Managing a caseload of children and young people in care.  Completing assessments and developing effective care plans.  Undertaking statutory visits and ensuring children''s needs and welfare remain central to decision-making.
