Job Title: Essential Skills Tutor Location: Field based, South Wales Salary: up to 27,300 (Depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties:Delivery of Essential Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy) through group based and 1:1 sessions, ensuring all learners meet Framework requirements and enhancing employability skills.Plan, deliver, assess, and mark learning activities, contributing to standardisation and quality assurance processes.Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in line with internal and external quality assurance requirements.Accurately maintain learner records, documentation, and evidence of achievement, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.Support the monitoring and achievement of individual, team, and organisational performance targets.Essential Criteria:Ideally have experience of delivering Essential Skills qualifications.Demonstrable energy and passion to motivate and support young learners.Ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Please note: KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful ..... full job details .....
