As an ESOL Tutor, you must be able to create, plan and deliver tailored lessons that develop pupils'' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while helping them build confidence in communicating effectively in English. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher, tutor, or ESOL professional looking to step away from the classroom and provide more personalised and impactful support. Many of the learners you will work with may be new to the UK education system, refugees, asylum seekers, or pupils who have experienced interruptions to their education.
