Job Title: Part-Time ESOL Teacher (Secondary) Location: Fairlop, London Working Pattern: 2 Days per Week Start Date: ASAPWe are looking to appoint a motivated and committed ESOL Teacher to join our mainstream Jewish secondary school based in Fairlop. This is a part-time role (two days per week), starting as soon as possible, supporting students for whom English is an Additional Language.Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted ESOL/EAL support to secondary-aged pupilsPlan and deliver engaging lessons that support language development and curriculum accessAssess, track, and report on students'' progressWork collaboratively with subject teachers and support staff to meet learners'' needsSupport students'' integration, confidence, and academic achievementThe Successful Candidate Will Have:Experience teaching ESOL/EAL, ideally within a secondary school settingA relevant teaching qualification (QTS desirable but not essential)Strong classroom management and communication skillsA flexible, proactive, and supportive approach to teachingAn understanding of, or willingness to work within, a Jewish school ethosWe Offer:A welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school communityWell-behaved and motivated studentsSupportive leadership and collaborative staff teamThe school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
