Sessions may take place in community settings, adult education centres, or via local authority-commissioned programmes, depending on placement. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver ESOL sessions tailored to a range of ability levels, from Entry 1 to Level 2 (or equivalent CEFR levels) Assess learners'' starting points and track progress against individual learning goals Differentiate teaching materials to support learners with varying literacy backgrounds, including pre-literate learners where relevant Support learners working towards functional goals such as employment, citizenship, or further education Maintain accurate attendance and progress records in line with funding and reporting requirements Work collaboratively with programme coordinators, local authority contacts, and community partners Create an inclusive, welcoming learning environment that respects learners'' diverse backgrounds and experiences What W...
