The Role As an ESOL Teacher, you''ll plan and deliver engaging lessons from Pre-Entry to Level 2 ESOL, alongside Entry Level Functional Skills, creating an inclusive learning environment where learners feel supported, challenged and motivated. Working closely with colleagues, you''ll contribute to a positive culture of learning, monitor learner progress and adapt your teaching to help every individual achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging ESOL lessons from Pre-Entry to Level 2. Support the delivery of Entry Level Functional Skills Plan, prepare and deliver creative, learner-centred lessons.
